Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Group Human Resources team as an Employer Branding & Employee Experience Specialist. In this role, you will help shape how the organization is perceived by both potential and current employees, driving initiatives that strengthen our employer brand, enhance employee engagement, and cultivate a fulfilling workplace experience. This position offers growth opportunities within a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies across social media, websites, internal channels, and external platforms.
  • Create compelling content-including stories, interviews, videos, and narratives-to showcase our culture and employee experience.
  • Support and implement employee experience initiatives, including events, programmes, and engagement activities across the region.
  • Analyze employer brand and engagement data, extracting insights to optimize messaging, campaigns, and strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of branding and employee experience initiatives.
  • Drive employee advocacy by developing programmes that empower employees to share their positive experiences.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends and enhance employer branding and employee experience efforts.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, HR, Communications or related discipline.
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience in communications or employee engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for storytelling.
  • Ability to develop and execute branding and engagement strategies.
  • Good analytical skills with experience interpreting data and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and/or Canva.
