Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Work with the Marketing/Communications Manager to:

  • Contribute to all content marketing initiatives (web pages, videos, blogs, paid advertorials, print collaterals, etc) to drive traffic, engagement, and quality leads.
  • Contribute to creation of Landing Pages by working with design agencies and marketing colleagues
  • Raise the profile of GSG through relevant content based on school activities, events and USPs
  • Manage content vendors to get the best outcome for GSG
  • Write and proofread copies like scripts, speeches, articles to reflect key messages, features and benefits of the GSG
  • Write and distribute press releases as required.
  • Organise/prepare/storyboard for photo/ video shoots.
  • Create content for prospects looking for schools
  • Provide marketing support: prepare talking points, presentations, webinars, podcasts and other material as needed.

Work with Marketing/Communications Manager on:

  • Execute the GSG internal/external communications strategy for stakeholders including current parents, students, alumni
  • Establish and build relationships with stakeholders, newsmakers and influencers to help school events and activities
  • Planning and execution of events involving Alumni, Parents, Students and Faculty

Work with the Marketing/Communications Manager to:

  • Share GSG brand story in unique and compelling ways across all owned channels. This includes newsletters, EDM, etc), website, videos, infographics, editorials, social posts, school portal etc.
  • Help drive thought leadership in the educational space.
  • Support the MarCom team in the planning and delivery of communication initiatives and projects.
  • Provide communications support for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with day-to-day communications tasks including newsletter creation, crafting email advisories, proofing, photo taking, event coverage & planning, as well as ad hoc advice to colleagues.

Requirements

Finally, generate content ideas that would interest our stakeholders. To do this, you are expected to:

  • Proactively keep abreast of the school's events and news
  • Read and research features and articles
  • Verify information and interview sources
  • Write, edit, proofread and sub text
  • Attend relevant school events, fairs and conferences.
