Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management across various business functions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
  • Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and referral channels
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and organisational fit
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements
  • Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, and end-to-end recruitment process tracking
  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics and prepare reports to continuously improve hiring effectiveness
  • Support employer branding initiatives including recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and candidate engagement activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Genuine passion for talent development and recruitment
