Responsibilities
- Communicate daily with candidates and clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand their needs and opportunities
- Identify and close sales or candidate placements to meet client hiring requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate successful job matches
- Match candidates skills and experience to appropriate job opportunities to ensure fit and satisfaction
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales and placement targets to qualify for performance rewards
- Collaborate effectively with a fast-moving, performance-driven team to maximize recruitment outcomes
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate confident communication skills to engage and influence candidates and clients
- Exhibit motivation and a strong drive to achieve sales targets and earn commissions
- Maintain a positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment
- Comfortable working under target-driven conditions
