Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine material and service requirements based on technical specifications.
• Conduct sourcing activities for materials and services from both local and overseas suppliers.
• Prepare and issue RFQs to suppliers/vendors and track their submissions.
• Assess and manage supplier selection to ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
• Monitor order deliveries and communicate changes with internal stakeholders as needed.
• Resolve supply, quality, and invoicing issues while ensuring compliance with commercial, legal, and contractual requirements.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.
