Job Summary

As a Brand Senior Manager at Procter & Gamble, you will lead strategic brand development and execution for a regional portfolio, driving market growth through comprehensive plans and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Who, What, How brand strategies and plans to achieve portfolio growth objectives.
  • Create detailed initiative master plans aligned with brand goals and market demands.
  • Design and refine brand architecture to support each brand's portfolio role effectively.
  • Integrate actionable input from Sales & Market Operations and key stakeholders to ensure brand plans are robust and market-fit.
  • Identify and lead the development of innovative ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products that enhance brand equity and market performance.
  • Strategically focus on specific brands, channels, or categories by setting and achieving measurable objectives.
  • Collaborate across teams and organizational functions to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives.
  • Act as a senior individual contributor by guiding strategic direction and managing complex brand projects with autonomy.
  • Continuously acquire and apply advanced knowledge and skills to address current and future brand management challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with stewardship requirements to maintain brand integrity and uphold ethical standards.

Role Requirements

  • Master's degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in consumer health care brand management, preferably with brands serving both consumers and health care professionals.
  • Experience managing brands in developing market landscapes.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, develop, and execute complex brand strategies within teams or organizations.
  • Demonstrated leadership in launching new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.
  • Extensive knowledge of multiple brands, channels, or categories with understanding of distinct market dynamics and consumer bases.
  • Strong collaboration and networking skills with a history of influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience as a senior individual contributor driving initiatives independently and owning strategic outcomes.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and applying new brand management knowledge and skills.
  • Deep awareness and commitment to stewardship and compliance requirements
