Job Summary

As Brand Director for Global SK-II, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams to develop and execute winning brand strategies that drive business growth, consumer preference, and market success across multiple Asian markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead brand equity development by defining and executing strategies that enhance consumer perception and loyalty
  • Analyze consumer insights and market data to identify growth opportunities and inform brand direction
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with sales, supply chain, and external agencies to optimize brand performance
  • Manage financial planning and budgeting to ensure profitable brand growth
  • Identify innovation opportunities to drive product and marketing advancements
  • Coach and train team members and cross-functional partners to build organizational capability
  • Lead collaboration with design and media agencies to deliver impactful marketing campaigns
  • Oversee brand management activities across multiple Asian markets, ensuring alignment with global SK-II objectives

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management from a top management school
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in brand management, brand equity development, business driver delivery, financial management, and opportunity identification & innovation
  • Prior work experience in prestige beauty/skincare industry
  • Experience managing design and media agencies
  • Experience working across multiple Asian markets in skincare
  • Business proficiency in Mandarin to effectively understand and engage with local consumers and market dynamics
  • Strong market knowledge of China to develop brand equity and marketing strategies tailored to the China Market
