Communication Specialist

The Role

• Design and implement communication strategies aligned with project goals and stakeholder needs.
• Drive adoption of new systems and processes through targeted messaging and awareness campaigns.
• Create clear, engaging content including presentations, emails, newsletters, and intranet updates.
• Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand visuals like infographics and charts.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging and a unified communication approach.
• Coordinate training sessions and materials to support organizational readiness.
• Leverage tools such as collaboration platforms, project tracking software, and email tools to amplify reach.
• Gather feedback to evaluate communication effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.
• Support high-impact initiatives including Windows 11 migration, data classification, and mobile security rollout.
• Manage multiple communication streams to support seamless project delivery.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, ideally in a tech or IT environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise-wide projects or PMO-driven programs.
• Strong track record in change communication and adoption planning.
• Skilled in creating content for different audiences and platforms.
• Comfortable working across departments to align messaging and manage expectations.
• Proficient in communication and project tools (e.g., collaboration software, email platforms).
• Able to turn complex topics into simple, visual stories that engage and inform.
• Adaptable and responsive to feedback, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience supporting IT initiatives such as system upgrades, security improvements, or governance projects is a plus.
