Business Analyst - Finance & Supply Chain

The Role

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Finance and Supply Chain systems.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
• Perform gap analysis between current and desired future states, providing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead and coordinate testing activities, including the development of test plans, test cases, and execution of UAT.
• Support change management initiatives by providing training and documentation to end-users.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all implemented solutions.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Finance and Supply Chain processes.
• Proven expertise in discovering and documenting business requirements and leading testing activities.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain business processes and supporting systems.
• Ability to define current state, future state, and perform gap analysis effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
