Job Summary

As Brand Director for Global SK-II, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams to develop and execute winning brand strategies that drive business growth, consumer preference, and market success across multiple Asian markets.

Responsibilities

Lead brand equity development by defining and executing strategies that enhance consumer perception and loyalty
Analyze consumer insights and market data to identify growth opportunities and inform brand direction
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with sales, supply chain, and external agencies to optimize brand performance
Manage financial planning and budgeting to ensure profitable brand growth
Identify innovation opportunities to drive product and marketing advancements
Coach and train team members and cross-functional partners to build organizational capability
Lead collaboration with design and media agencies to deliver impactful marketing campaigns
Oversee brand management activities across multiple Asian markets, ensuring alignment with global SK-II objectives

Role Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business management from a top management school
Minimum 6 years of experience in brand management, brand equity development, business driver delivery, financial management, and opportunity identification & innovation
Prior work experience in prestige beauty/skincare industry
Experience managing design and media agencies
Experience working across multiple Asian markets in skincare
Business proficiency in Mandarin to effectively understand and engage with local consumers and market dynamics
Strong market knowledge of China to develop brand equity and marketing strategies tailored to the China Market
