About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and delivery-focused Talent Acquisition Manager / Senior Manager with strong experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment .This role will be a hands on role as well as manage a team of recruiters to support a diverse portfolio of hiring requirements across Technology, project management, data analytics, software engineering etc.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, process-oriented, and experienced in working within fast-paced recruitment while delivering high-quality talent within SLA timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) roles across multiple business functions.
  • Strong knowledge in banking and financial industry pertaining to tech roles.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent databases.
  • Handle recruitment across diverse skill sets including Technology, project management, data analytics, software engineering etc.
  • Guiding and mentoring recruitment team for timely and efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback management, offer negotiation, and onboarding activities.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume hiring requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and recruitment challenges.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 8+ years of recruitment experience preferably in agency recruitment or technology services industry with a high volume of 80-100 roles in a year.
  • Strong understanding of Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring models and contingent workforce recruitment.
  • Experience in managing a team of recruiters.
  • Ability to recruit across multiple domains in financial industry.
  • Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
