The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Global will be responsible for full lifecycle sourcing and recruitment strategies company wide. As a key member of the Global Recruiting Team this role serves as a strategic partner for leaders across our business functions to identify external candidates, design recruiting solutions, and deliver innovative recruitment strategies to help accomplish our bold and dynamic hiring plans. This role will build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders including HR, Total Rewards, and Talent Management to create an aligned and positive recruitment experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE:
Manage full life cycle searches in APAC and EMEA, owning the process from initiation through offer negotiation in partnership with Total Rewards, HR and Business Leaders
Identify and engage with prospective candidates who are category and functional experts for networking and pipeline initiatives
Build candidate networks/pipelines and create proactive recruiting engagement plans to attract top talent
Recommend search strategies including candidate profiles, industry and market research, tracking metrics, and employment branding
Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to internal stakeholders creating inclusive, equitable recruiting processes
Serve as an advisor to internal leaders and hiring managers to influence the talent strategy and selection of candidates
Construct and negotiate offer packages in partnership with key stakeholders and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Build awareness of and drive engagement with new and emerging talent in the market
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
BS or BA in business, HR or related field - or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
7+ years of experience as a full life cycle corporate recruitment professional, leading search and stakeholder relationships.
Experience interfacing with executive stakeholders
High level of emotional and intellectual IQ
Excellent communication skills executed in a thoughtful and collaborative manner
Always demonstrates high integrity and confidentiality
Attention to detail, comfortable with ambiguity, strength in collaboration, and ability to multi-task
Excellent business partnership and relationship skills with past success influencing internal clients
Highly flexible, resilient and solution focused, especially amidst high-pressure/high-volume periods
