Requirements:
- Fullcycle recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, post job openings, screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate follow-up interviews with hiring managers.
- Identify potential candidates through professional networks, social media platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, local networks, universities, and job fairs.
- Represent the organization at recruitment events, job fairs, and online platforms to attract top talent.
- Manage the job offer process, negotiate employment terms, prepare offer letters, and conduct reference checks.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Work closely with department managers to understand job requirements, skills, and competencies needed for each role.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certifications such as PHR or SPHR are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in recruitment or HR roles, with a track record of successful hiring campaigns.
