Job description:
- Lead the entire recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview strategy and offer process.
- Build close partnerships with hiring managers and HR partners to help the business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates.
- Plan and participate in strategic planning meetings with functional/market leadership and key business partners of all levels to understand current and upcoming requirements in order to build a strategy on effective recruitment activities.
- Regularly gather information for key stakeholders to provide an overview of recruiting achievements as well as opportunities to improve.
- Support in initiatives related to employer branding and internship programs.

- 38+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably from retail, fashion or internet industries.
- with proven ability to manage full-cycle hiring independently and influence hiring decisions across stakeholders at different levels.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively at senior leadership level.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus for collaboration with China HQ.
- Passion for sports and alignment with brand values.
