How you will create an impact

Reporting to the APAC Talent Acquisition Lead, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategy for AIG Singapore as well as the APAC Regional Office. You will act as a strategic partner to the business, deliver high-quality hires through proactive sourcing, strong stakeholder management and operational excellence. To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles at all levels and deliver the best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring timely, efficient and high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate the talent strategy, attract, nurture, and hire exceptional talent for business in a consultative approach.
  • Strengthen the employer brand to ensure we have the right talent in the right roles, with the right skills to support organic and inorganic growth and make AIG a destination for top talent.
  • Define customized hiring strategies for key talent segments, keep driving hiring efforts for critical positions with high-demand skills and a great focus on proactive sourcing and pipelining.
  • Build strong partnerships with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure value and alignment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS. Provide meaningful recruitment metrics and insights to support data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with global standards and local regulatory requirements. Streamline TA processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to regional and global HR/TA initiatives when required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding in a fast-paced complex / multinational organization. Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Passionate about recruitment with deep expertise in proactive sourcing, talent mapping and direct recruitment methods.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative skills with demonstrated ability to build highly-trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to details.
  • Team player. Self-motivated, resilient and adaptable.
