About the job

Our client is one of Singapore's leading integrated technology companies, with operations spanning Singapore and Malaysia. With a growing internal TA function and an active hiring agenda across both markets, they are looking for a motivated recruiter to join the team and hit the ground running.

The Role

This is an individual contributor role sitting within Group HR, supporting end-to-end recruitment across technology functions in Singapore and Malaysia. You'll work closely with hiring managers and experienced HR colleagues - getting broad exposure to a dual-market hiring environment while sharpening your craft as a recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tech End-to-End Recruitment

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across Singapore and Malaysia
  • Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for functional fit and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, stakeholder communication, and offer processes

2. Stakeholder & Process Management

  • Build relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to keep hiring on track
  • Maintain accurate records and requisition updates within the ATS
  • Ensure recruitment activity aligns with employment legislation across both markets

3. Employer Branding

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives in Singapore and Malaysia as needed
  • Help deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience at every touchpoint

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience, in-house or from an agency background
  • Comfortable managing stakeholder relationships and communicating clearly with hiring managers
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms
  • Familiarity with employment practices in Singapore and/or Malaysia
  • Able to juggle multiple requisitions while keeping quality and responsiveness high
  • Strong agency recruiters looking to make the move in-house are welcome to apply
