Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment and support key HR initiatives across the organisation. This role combines talent acquisition leadership with broad HR operational responsibilities, including close partnership with stakeholders, oversight of employee lifecycle processes, and coordination of local and offshore workforce arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination and offer management for both local and offshore hires
. Manage onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
. Oversee confirmation, re-employment and contract renewal processes in compliance with company policies
. Supervise and guide two team members handling lateral hiring, internship and traineeship matters
. Partner with hiring managers across business units to understand manpower needs, identify workforce challenges and recommend appropriate hiring strategies
. Oversee and optimise recruitment channels and job portals to support effective sourcing outcomes
. Liaise with external recruitment agencies and Employer of Record (EOR) partners to support offshore and temporary staffing requirements
. Oversee internship and practice traineeship programmes, providing guidance to stakeholders and ensuring smooth execution
. Collaborate with local polytechnics on work-study programmes, including programme administration and claims submission
. Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs and other HR-related events
. Coordinate and facilitate inbound and outbound secondment arrangements across the firm
HR Advisory & Other Duties
. Provide sound advice to employees and stakeholders on HR policies and employment-related matters
. Contribute to local and global HR projects and initiatives
. Support the annual compensation exercise, including provision of data for firm-wide salary reviews
. Liaise with Willis Towers Watson (WTW) on salary benchmarking data, including data purchase and twice-yearly submissions for firm-wide employees, such as job grading and salary benchmarking
. Support the annual budgeting exercise, including matters relating to recruitment, internships and practice traineeships
Requirements
. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
. Relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment and broad HR operations
. Ability to engage and partner effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organisation
. Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills
. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
. Experience supporting compensation exercises, employee lifecycle processes or talent programmes would be an advantage
