Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager / Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Executive. The position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting overall human resources functions to attract and retain top talent. Key responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer process. The role also involves building strong talent pipelines, maintaining relationships with candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs. In addition, the position requires supporting employer branding initiatives, improving recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role may also contribute to onboarding activities, HR documentation, and maintaining accurate employee records while ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, recruitment tools, and HR practices
Proficiency in sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interview coordination
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes and meet recruitment targets
Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional HR certifications are a plus
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills
