Job Description

Job Description:

Identify and source candidates through various channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn and Employee Referrals
Screen resumes and manage the candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Coordinate and schedule volume interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Manage high-potential candidates across the recruitment funnel, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience
Support the design and continuous improvement of hiring processes to enhance candidate and stakeholder experience
Coordinate with local market teams to track recruitment progress and ensure timely delivery of hiring milestones
Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Prepare and organise recruitment materials and documentation (e.g. case studies, resumes) and support data dashboards and reporting
Assist in other HR and recruitment-related projects as needed

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills-you're comfortable talking to people and building relationships
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks at once
Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
Comfortable working with data and Excel/Google Sheets
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
