The Talent Acquisition Intern supports the PeopleSearch team in candidate research, market mapping, and recruitment coordination for professional and executive search assignments.
Conduct candidate sourcing through targeted research and profiling
Support market mapping and focused headhunting activities
Assist with interview coordination and scheduling
Engage candidates to gather information and build talent pipelines
Goal-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, communicative, and eager to learn
Resourceful and confident when speaking with professionals
Interest in recruitment, research, or consulting
Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
Mentorship from experienced executive search consultants
Exposure to CV analysis, talent trends, and market insights
Hands-on experience in professional and executive recruitment
