Job Description:
We're looking for a passionate and people-driven Talent Acquisition partner to join our team. Depending on your experience and interests, you'll support either (1) campus intern hiring or (2) experienced hiring, working closely with hiring managers across the business.

- Support end-to-end recruitment for either (1) campus intern roles or (2) experienced roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and campus channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and manage multiple stakeholders across markets
- Deliver a smooth, positive candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer
- Support offer discussions, offer closure, and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate candidate data and reports in the ATS
- Continuously improve hiring processes and ways of working
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Have a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation
- Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment
- Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
- Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
- Full-time interns preferred
