We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team within a Financial Institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across both technology and business functions, supporting the organization's growth and talent strategy.
This role requires a strong understanding of financial services hiring, stakeholder management, and talent market trends in Singapore, with the ability to attract and engage high-quality candidates in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Support hiring across technology and business functions, including roles within operations, finance, risk, compliance, and other corporate functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Manage multiple hiring requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends to support informed hiring decisions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey while maintaining strong employer branding.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and hiring effectiveness.
- Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within a Financial Institution, Banking, or Financial Services environment.
- Experience recruiting for both technology and non-technology roles within corporate or financial services functions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work closely with senior hiring managers.
- Demonstrated sourcing capability and familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Good understanding of Singapore's employment market, hiring regulations, and financial services talent landscape.
