Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own full lifecycle recruitment, from intake and role calibration through to offer and close.
  • Support hiring across a broad spectrum of seniority levels, from fresh graduates to experienced professionals
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies through direct sourcing, professional networks, referrals, and digital platforms
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, provide market insights, and advise on best practices.
  • Provide insights on talent market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and hiring feasibility
  • Ensure hiring decisions are aligned with operational and commercial priorities
  • Maintain accurate documentation and pipeline tracking.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and strategic technical roles.
  • Support campus and early-career hiring initiatives where required.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any relevant business studies
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within IT services, consulting, or RPO environments
  • Proven experience handling high-volume hiring in a fast-paced setting
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical requisitions concurrently
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate independently with strong ownership of hiring outcomes
  • Familiar with local and international employment rules and regulations.
