- Position : Senior HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)
- Location : Paya Lebar
- Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9.00AM to 6.00PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 + 12 - 18 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and maintain talent pipelines.
- Oversee internship programmes and manage related government internship grants.
- Administer HR-related government grants and ensure compliance and reporting.
- Support performance management processes including appraisals and PIPs.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and compliance with employment regulations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and HR policy implementation.
- Supervise HR support staff and ensure proper HR documentation and processes.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and work pass regulations.
- Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
