Role Responsibilities:
- Own full lifecycle recruitment, from intake and role calibration through to offer and close.
- Support hiring across a broad spectrum of seniority levels, from fresh graduates to experienced professionals
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies through direct sourcing, professional networks, referrals, and digital platforms
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, provide market insights, and advise on best practices.
- Provide insights on talent market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and hiring feasibility
- Ensure hiring decisions are aligned with operational and commercial priorities
- Maintain accurate documentation and pipeline tracking.
- Coordinate onboarding processes in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and strategic technical roles.
- Support campus and early-career hiring initiatives where required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any relevant business studies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within IT services, consulting, or RPO environments
- Proven experience handling high-volume hiring in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical requisitions concurrently
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate independently with strong ownership of hiring outcomes
- Familiar with local and international employment rules and regulations.
