The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports this growth by managing interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth and organised hiring process.

What You'll Be Doing

- Search for and connect with potential candidates through LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture, and other job platforms

- Reach out to candidates to share opportunities and arrange interview appointments

- Follow up with candidates and keep communication clear and timely

- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth end-to-end candidate experience

- Support daily office preparation for interviews and recruitment activities

- Maintain accurate records, data entry, and basic recruitment tracking

- Assist other ad-hoc administrative support when needed

What We're Looking For

- GCE O-Level, Diploma, or equivalent

- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing is highly valued

- Comfortable reaching out to potential candidates independently

- Proactive and persistent approach to follow-ups

- Manage multiple candidate conversations efficiently

- Results-driven mindset

- Familiar with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage
