Coffee Shop Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Oversee the daily operations of drink stalls at HDB coffee shops to ensure smooth and efficient service.
2. Plan manpower requirements, handle recruitment, and prepare monthly duty rosters for drink stall staff.
3. Manage purchasing of daily beverage supplies and canned drink inventory.
4. Analyse cost of goods sold (COGS) and motivate staff to achieve monthly sales targets.
5. Submit staff attendance, leave records, and related information to the office for payroll processing.
6. Ensure compliance with food hygiene SOPs and NEA Environmental Cleaning & Hygiene (ECC) practices conduct random inspections when necessary.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience working in a coffee shop environment will be an advantage.
2. Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
3. Relevant experience in customer handling, including managing diverse customer profiles (e.g. beer drinkers and smokers).
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently.
