Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Support the Head of Sales in developing and implementing plans to achieve revenue targets.
Account Management: Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers. Effectively handle customer complaints.
Business Development: Develop strategies to improve sales. Identify and pursue new opportunities in the Singapore F&B and hospitality sectors.
Team Leadership: Supervising and guiding the sales team to achieve sales targets. Monitor the performance of the sales team. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
Market Intelligence: Identifying business opportunities and strategies to increase sales. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Academic Background: in business, marketing, hospitality, or related disciplines is preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of strong sales and account management experience in the wine/F&B industry, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
Wine Knowledge: WSET Level 3 or equivalent is highly advantageous.
Skills: Strong communication, proficient in strategic planning and business development, and Microsoft Office skills.
