System Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Work with functional business user's/business owners to understand, document, and prioritize the business requirements and user stories
2. Understand and analyse the requirements along with the functional data flow
3. In depth participation and contribution in all BA related activities within the project
4. Managing the requirements and provide design options for the solutions available and guide the team
5. Participate in the evaluation of alternative IT solutions and provide appropriate recommendations
6. Work closely with technical implementation team in bridging the gap from translating functional to technical details
7. Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
8. Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive in documenting the process.
9. Ability to work independently and with others
10. Extremely organized with strong time-management skills

Key Requirements

• Min 5years experience in SA role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to deep dive to drive solutions.
• Good banking domain knowledge
• Proven ability to perform under high pressure in a dynamic environment
• Bachelors or Master's degree in Banking, Finance or management from a reputable university
• Bachelors or Master's degree in Engineering, IT or Computer Science from a reputable university
