Key responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyse and interpret complex data to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Design high-level system architecture and low-level technical specifications
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of software solutions
- Test and validate system functionality to ensure it meets business needs
- Provide technical support and training to end-users
- Continually monitor and optimise system performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in business process mapping, data modelling, and system design
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
