Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand digital banking products and system interactions to deliver effective solutions.
  • Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical documentation.
  • Evaluate and analyze existing system interactions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design end-to-end system solutions while considering downstream impacts of process changes.
  • Gather critical technical information from stakeholders and produce high-quality documentation.
  • Communicate and clarify system/technical requirements with developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify and document system dependencies.
  • Work in an Agile delivery environment, adopting Agile tools and practices.
  • Develop, review, and update project plans, resources, budgets, and timelines.
  • Lead technical discussions with vendors, technology teams, and user groups.
  • Directly manage technical teams, including developers and analysts, delivering banking solutions.
  • Ensure successful execution and technical delivery of projects meeting scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including escalation, expectation setting, conflict resolution, and scope changes.
  • Partner with solution and enterprise architects to deliver technical innovations and move concepts to working solutions.
  • Plan system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance aligned with release schedules.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
  • Drive testing strategy and manage testing cycles, ensuring resolution of critical defects.
  • Organize and chair governance meetings, preparing materials and minutes.
  • Ensure deliverables comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee offshore teams, supporting day-to-day decision-making and conflict resolution.
