Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET platform (MVC, C#, VB.NET).
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) modules based on business needs.
- Develop SQL scripts, stored procedures, views, and triggers to support data processing and reporting.
- Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and reliability.
- Work closely with vendors and cross-functional teams on system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Provide technical support and user training, ensuring smooth system operation and adoption.
- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Stay updated with emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements for system optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst or Application Developer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) configuration and customization.
- Strong programming skills in Microsoft .NET Framework / .NET Core, particularly MVC, C#, and/or VB.NET.
- Solid experience in SQL Server development - queries, stored procedures, performance tuning.
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX) and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with system integration and data migration tools.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, or other CI/CD tools is a plus.
