System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyse business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design, modelling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.
• Hands-on Techno-Functional role to analysis and propose solutions for business issues, technical strategical and tactical solutions, process changes and functional requirements.
• Work with different technology teams , Business Units and key personnel on project deliverables
• Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements.
• Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holders.
• Strong understanding of Technical Architect

Requirements
Experience working in the financial industry with strong experience core banking business as System or Business Analyst role

Previous experience and understanding on Agentic AI solution, GenAI and well equip to understand Agent Pattern, type and Model Context Protocol

Candidate must have fundamental understanding of Understanding of model architecture, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning

Experience in evaluating and integrating LLMs such as LLaMA, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Gemini, etc., into business processes

Other good to have skill sets OpenShift, RAG, Agentic AI and necessary workflows required to build Gen AI capability

Design and implement scalable Gen AI architectures and solution using necessary tools

Strong team player with excellent communication & inter-personal skills.

Strong problem solver who can question and understand proposed solutions and business drivers.

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Key Domain/ Technical Skills:

Understanding of Large Language Model, RAG, LangChain, Langraph, MCP, Python
