Responsibilities
.Provide L2/Application Support for IAM and security-related applications in a 24x7 production environment
Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
Support critical banking applications such as: IAM (Identity & Access Management)VTS (Virtual Token System)TMS (Token Management System)
Administer and support ForgeRock Suite, including: Access Management (AM)Identity Management (IDM)Identity Gateway (IG)Directory Services (DS)
Perform application restarts (microservices and ForgeRock components) during incidents and maintenance activities
Analyze and debug logs related to user identity, access, and token issues, and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Infrastructure & System Administration
Strong experience in ForgeRock IAM suite
Hands-on experience with: Linux (RedHat), Windows ServersApplication Servers: Tomcat, WebSphere, JBossWeb Servers: Apache
Good understanding of: Identity & Access Management (IAM) conceptsITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)Networking basics
Experience with: OpenShift / Container platforms VMware (vCenter, VM management)CI/CD pipelines
