Senior System Analyst

Responsibilities

.Provide L2/Application Support for IAM and security-related applications in a 24x7 production environment

Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes

Support critical banking applications such as: IAM (Identity & Access Management)VTS (Virtual Token System)TMS (Token Management System)

Administer and support ForgeRock Suite, including: Access Management (AM)Identity Management (IDM)Identity Gateway (IG)Directory Services (DS)

Perform application restarts (microservices and ForgeRock components) during incidents and maintenance activities

Analyze and debug logs related to user identity, access, and token issues, and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Infrastructure & System Administration

• Install, configure, and manage: Apache Web Server, Tomcat, WebSphere, JBoss
• Configure Apache Virtual Hosts and manage web server settings
• Create and manage cron jobs for task scheduling
• Build, configure, and maintain Red Hat Linux servers
• Perform OS patching, upgrades, and system hardening
• Monitor system performance (CPU, Memory, Disk, Swap)

Cloud & DevOps

• Work with Red Hat OpenShift for containerized deployments
• Use CI/CD tools for automation and application delivery
• Deploy OVA files and manage environments in VMware vCenter

Operations & Monitoring

• Monitor server health, logs, and alerts to ensure system availability
• Perform file system maintenance, check logs, and troubleshoot issues
• Support DR (Disaster Recovery) setup and administration
• Ensure high availability of production and staging environments
• Manage server inventory, including provisioning and decommissioning

Security & Compliance

• Implement IAM solutions using ForgeRock
• Perform server and application hardening as per security standards
• Monitor and maintain secure access controls and identity lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with banking and security policies
• Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in ForgeRock IAM suite

  Hands-on experience with: Linux (RedHat), Windows ServersApplication Servers: Tomcat, WebSphere, JBossWeb Servers: Apache

  Good understanding of: Identity & Access Management (IAM) conceptsITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)Networking basics

  Experience with: OpenShift / Container platforms VMware (vCenter, VM management)CI/CD pipelines
