We are looking for a Supply Chain Transformation Analyst to support digital transformation and operational improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.
This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on supply chain operations experience who are passionate about process improvement, digital tools, and AI-driven operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support supply chain transformation and operational improvement initiatives
- Analyse operational data and identify process gaps or inefficiencies
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across supply chain, logistics, and operations teams
- Support digitalisation, automation, and AI-driven initiatives
- Translate business requirements into structured workflows and actionable improvements
- Monitor operational performance and recommend optimisation opportunities
- Participate in regional and cross-functional projects
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, procurement, planning, or related functions
- Experience in process improvement, operations excellence, or transformation projects
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Power BI, Excel automation, dashboards, or analytics platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to automation, reporting tools, or workflow improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting regional operations or cross-functional projects
- Curious mindset with a willingness to explore AI applications within business operations
