Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial reports and statements in line with applicable accounting standards, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support the delivery of regulatory submissions, including MAS reporting, ensuring timelines and compliance requirements are met.
- Perform variance analysis and financial performance reviews, highlighting key drivers and providing actionable insights.
- Assist in capital and liquidity reporting, working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Contribute to credit risk assessment processes, including provisioning and expected credit loss (ECL) calculations.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, supporting business decision-making.
- Monitor changes in regulatory guidelines and accounting standards, ensuring timely implementation and adherence.
- Support cash flow management and funding activities, including coordination with banking partners where required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a bank or financial institution.
- Good understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis, along with good stakeholder communication skills.
