Quantity surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for projects
• Manage project costs, variations, and financial reporting
• Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts
• Monitor project progress and ensure cost control measures are in place
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in related field
• 4 years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, cost estimation tools)
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
