The Strategy Lead supports the development, execution and alignment of ISCA's corporate strategy and planning processes. Working closely with senior management and departments, the role translates strategic priorities into actionable workplans, aligned KPIs and measurable outcomes to drive organisational performance.
This role plays a key part in facilitating the corporate planning cycle, strengthening cross-departmental alignment, and driving structured performance monitoring through analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Planning & Strategy
Plan, organise, and manage the corporate planning process, including the development and alignment of corporate KPIs to strategic priorities.
Support senior management in formulating and refining ISCA's corporate strategy, focus areas, and strategy map.
Facilitate the translation of corporate strategy into departmental work plans to ensure alignment across the organisation.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor and analyse corporate and departmental performance against KPIs.
Prepare regular management reports with insights and recommendations to drive performance improvements.
Work with departments to develop, track and follow up on action plans to address performance gaps and improve outcomes.
Strategic Analysis & Insights
Monitor emerging trends in the external environment and conduct competitor and benchmarking analysis.
Assess implications of trends on ISCA's strategy and support periodic review of corporate KPIs and priorities.
Leverage data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
Drive alignment of corporate strategy across departments through effective communication, coordination, and guidance.
Develop materials and content to communicate ISCA's strategic initiatives and achievements.
Provide secretariat support for key meetings and forums, including coordination, documentation, and follow-up of action items.
Support cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related discipline
At least 3 years of working experience in strategy, corporate/policy planning, consulting, data analysis or similar roles
Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to organise ideas and arguments in a logical and structured manner.
Good project coordination and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling presentation materials for senior management and stakeholders.
Strong digital and data skills, including the ability to analyse data, develop dashboards and visualise insights using tools. Proficiency in Power BI will be advantageous.
Ability to create clear, structured and visually engaging strategy presentations and decks.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
