We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to join our Operations team. This is an essential hire — the role sits at the heart of our day-to-day operations, supporting procurement, 3PL logistics, and inventory management across multiple markets. The person stepping into this role will be a critical enabler for our wider Operations team, working closely with key stakeholders to keep our supply chain running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement Support

• Support the end-to-end procurement function, with a particular focus on sourcing and managing components for Loving Tan products
• Manage and execute purchasing activities, including raising and tracking purchase orders through to delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring reliable supply and favourable terms
• Monitor supplier performance, flag potential risks early, and support mitigation efforts
• Track material costs and contribute to identifying cost-saving opportunities

2. 3PL & Logistics Management

• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers across EU and Singapore markets
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on-time delivery and service continuity
• Identify and resolve logistics issues proactively, escalating where necessary
• Support the review and optimisation of 3PL partnerships and service agreements

3. Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels across relevant markets and flag discrepancies or risks
• Collaborate with internal teams to align inventory positions with demand requirements
• Support cycle counts, reconciliations, and reporting on inventory accuracy
• Contribute to demand planning inputs, incorporating historical data and operational insights

General

• Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate documentation and support system data integrity
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and external partners
• Support ad-hoc supply chain projects as the business requires

Role Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a supply chain, procurement, or logistics role
• Solid understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
• Experience working with or coordinating 3PL providers, ideally across multiple geographies
• Familiarity with inventory management principles and tools
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and follows through reliably
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with supply chain or ERP systems (specifically CIN7, NetSuite) is a plus
