Profile:
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support our mobile retail and repair operations. This role is responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating stock replenishment, monitoring sales movement, and ensuring sufficient availability of mobile phones, accessories, and repair spare parts across our outlets.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment, be able to handle daily operational coordination, and possess strong analytical and inventory management skills. Experience in mobile retail, electronics, or repair operations will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels for mobile phones, accessories, and repair parts.
  • Forecast stock demand based on sales trends, promotions, and retail movement.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment across retail outlets and repair operations.
  • Work closely with suppliers and distributors to ensure timely stock delivery.
  • Track incoming shipments and update inventory records accurately.
  • Ensure sufficient stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Support phone repair operations by monitoring spare parts usage and stock levels.
  • Analyze fast-moving and slow-moving items and provide recommendations.
  • Prepare inventory and sales reports using Excel or inventory systems.
  • Coordinate stock transfers between outlets when necessary.
  • Assist in new product launches, stock allocation, and promotional planning.
  • Perform regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
  • Support ad-hoc operational and supply chain duties assigned by management.
  • Leverage data analytics and AI-assisted tools to support decision-making and optimize supply chain performance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory planning, demand forecasting, procurement, or retail operations.
  • Strong experience in inventory forecasting, stock allocation, replenishment planning, and supply chain coordination.
  • Experience in mobile retail, electronics, gadgets, or repair operations will be highly advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Highly proficient in utilizing AI tools for data analysis, forecasting, reporting automation, and operational efficiency improvement.
  • Strong understanding of inventory movement, stock optimization, and operational planning.
  • Comfortable working as an independent contributor in a fast-paced SME environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and operationally driven.
