Roles and Responsibilies:
In your role, you are involved in:
- Creation, modification and prioritization of sales and marketing plans, taking into account existing orders for the next 6 months and in consultation with the Supply Chain Engineer.
- Implementing allocation decisions in the case of production bottlenecks on the various production lines, including coordination with Customer Logistics, Capacity Alignment Planner and Product Marketing
- Monitoring of production schedule & plan adherence from Frontend and Backend
- Management of excess inventories (incl. root-cause analysis & mitigation)
- Managing production requirements for the capacity groups including compliance coordination of the capacity available with the respective division
- Usage of production flexibility within the local supply chain management organization and across divisions with other Capacity Alignment Planners
You are best equipped for the task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree inSupply Chain Management with minimum 2-3 years of experience in CustomerService / Supply Chain & Demand Fulfillment
- Customer oriented with good conflict management skills
- Experience working with SAP and prior experience in Semi-conductor Industry preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication& problem solving skill
