Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipment coordination and stakeholder communication across domestic and international supply chains. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely order fulfilment, accurate documentation, and cost-effective logistics operations while working closely with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and negotiate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
- Manage daily shipment operations, including purchase order processing, system data entry, shipment scheduling, and documentation verification.
- Ensure accuracy of commercial documents such as invoices, packing lists, and transport documents.
- Monitor order backlogs and manage demand forecasts in collaboration with suppliers and customers.
- Support supplier and customer relationship management, including ad-hoc site visits when required.
- Track and analyse logistics and freight costs to support cost awareness and optimisation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with import/export requirements and international trade practices.
Candidate Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or import/export operations.
- Practical knowledge of international trade terms (e.g. Incoterms) and shipping documentation.
- Experience working with ERP systems and logistics coordination tools.

- Strong teamwork and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven problem-solving capability in operational environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Cost awareness related to freight and logistics operations.
- Can speak Chinese
