RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring the accurate and timely handling of customer shipping orders. In this position
  • Maintain cGMP standards while coordinating logistics operations for our clinical trials and pharmaceutical services.
  • Process shipping orders, prepare documentation according to country-specific requirements,
  • Maintain detailed records in compliance with established procedures.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, order processing or warehousing
  • Educational background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field preferred
  • Ability to efficiently process, track, and manage customer orders
  • Experience handling import/export documentation and understanding customs clearance requirements
  • Working knowledge of cGMP standards and related procedures
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and complete documentation
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficient command of English language with basic numeracy skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and inventory control processes
  • Commitment to maintaining clean, safe, and well-organized work areas
  • Ability to work core business hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM), with flexibility to accommodate additional hours when required
