Job Description

Our client is a Manufacturing & Engineering Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and liaise with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Manage daily shipment arrangements, including purchase order processing, SAP input, scheduling, and checking invoices and delivery documents.
  • Support supplier and customer management, including order backlog monitoring, forecast alignment, and relationship management.
  • Perform cost analysis and monitor logistics and cargo costs to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • May be required to travel occasionally for coordination with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in logistics / supply chain studies or equivalent.
  • Min 3 years relevant working experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operations.
  • Knowledge of import/export processes, including Incoterms, invoices, and packing lists would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
