About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to optimise supply chain operations, improve demand forecasting accuracy, and enhance inventory efficiency. This role supports regional operations and works closely with procurement, logistics, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse supply chain data to improve planning and operational performance
- Support demand forecasting and inventory optimisation
- Monitor stock levels, lead times, and service levels
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in procurement and logistics
- Develop dashboards and KPI reports for management
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners
- Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes
- Improve process efficiency using data-driven insights
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 25 years of experience in supply chain or operations analysis
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)
- Knowledge of demand planning and inventory management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in FMCG / E-commerce / Manufacturing sectors
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
- Understanding of Singapore import/export regulations
- Exposure to regional APAC supply chain operations
