Position Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Singapore

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Singapore. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes, from procurement and inventory management to distribution and delivery. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that the supply chain is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Assist in the development of supply chain strategies that enhance performance, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations, including order fulfillment, inventory turnover, and lead times.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on supply chain performance, trends, and improvement initiatives for management.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and assist in sourcing decisions to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality materials.
  • Manage and maintain supply chain databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in the implementation of new supply chain tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, procurement, and distribution processes.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and develop reports, charts, and dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of supply chain optimization techniques, such as lean manufacturing or Six Sigma, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with demand forecasting and production planning is advantageous.
