Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting data-driven decisions to enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and an understanding of supply chain management best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of key supply chain metrics such as lead times, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and sales, to streamline supply chain processes.
- Assist in the development of demand forecasting models to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Perform cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and help implement supply chain optimization strategies.
- Support the development and maintenance of supply chain reporting tools and dashboards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
- Help manage and track the progress of supply chain projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and best practices in supply chain operations.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, outlining supply chain performance and improvement recommendations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with supply chain management software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must have valid work authorization for Singapore or Southeast Asia.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with global supply chain practices and regulations.
