SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Supervisor to assist the manager in overseeing daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of leading a team to achieve sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

. Assist the manager in daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow

. Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and concerns

. Monitor and manage daily sales activities, ensuring targets are met

. Train and mentor new and existing employees to enhance team performance

. Oversee stock management, including stock-in and stock-out processes to maintain accurate inventory levels

Qualifications:

. Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or trading

. Strong leadership and communication skills

. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

. Basic knowledge of inventory management

. Customer service oriented with problem-solving abilities
