SUPERVISOR

CITY LION TRANSPORT PTE. LTD

• Supervise and coordinate daily transport operations, including bus/vehicle schedules and routing.
• Assign duties to drivers and monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Ensure drivers comply with road safety rules, company policies, and LTA regulations.
• Check and verify trip records, fuel usage, and vehicle logbooks.
• Conduct spot checks to ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
• Handle last-minute changes, breakdowns, or driver replacements to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Assist in training and guiding new drivers and staff.
• Act as the main point of contact between management, drivers, and customers.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports to the Operations Manager.
• Support management in resolving customer complaints or service issues promptly.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the transport/logistics industry will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.
• Knowledge of Singapore roads and transport regulations is a plus.
